What Youll Do in the Dispatcher Role: Receive, organize, and prioritize time-sensitive delivery orders. Coordinate drivers and routes to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries. Monitor driver progress and adjust plans in real time to overcome challenges. Communicate important details clearly to drivers and customers. Keep accurate records of all orders, routes, and delivery details.
