Job Title: Master Data Analyst CRNADivision: Consumer Products, Culligan Retail NA (CRNA)Duration: Temporary- through end of 2025 - possibility for Temp to Perm for the right candidateLocation: Hybrid - Rosemont, IL- 3 days per week in officeReports To: Demand Planning ManagerPosition Summary - We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the Culligan Retail NA business within Consumer Products by leading data cleanup, standardization, and governance activities within our ERP system (Sage preferred). This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling effective decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities Own and manage the cleanup, validation, and standardization of master data within the ERP system (Sage preferred).Compile and maintain comprehensive data profiles for ~150200 SKUs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Partner with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance, NPD, Commercial, Quality, etc.) to validate alignment of data requirements and specifications.Coordinate with external partners to verify product specifications and ensure data integrity across systems.Develop and document data governance standards, processes, and controls to improve long-term data quality.Create and enforce data governance standards for new product development, ensuring data quality and compliance across the product lifecycleImplement and maintain processes to update, manage, and share master data accurately and securely across teamsMonitor data accuracy and proactively resolve discrepancies.Support cross-functional projects requiring reliable master data.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in master data management, ERP systems, or data analysis (Sage experience strongly preferred).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functions and with external partners.Experience with data governance and standardization best practices is a plus.
