Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Development Coordinator to join our Litigation Marketing and Client Development team. The Coordinator will join our Litigation Marketing Squad (LMS) to support the Global Marketing and Client Development Litigation group in coordinating and executing a variety of marketing and business development initiatives. This position offers growth potential within a collaborative and forward-thinking team. This role is best suited for an individual who is high-energy, detailed and organized and eager to collaborate with various members of the Marketing team.Key Responsibilities:Tracking BD Initiatives and Materials Coordinate and track the status of various business development initiatives, events, and webinarsMonitor and assess pitch and proposal activities, following up with team members to document and share outcomes and best practicesCompile and track practice matter experience in the firm's global credential databaseProvide assistance for research projects, including client, industry and competitive intelligence and compile research reports for business development opportunitiesPitch and Proposal DevelopmentAssist in the creation, preparation, and coordination of RFPs, proposals, and pitches for new business development opportunitiesDatabase and CRM MaintenanceEnsure accurate and current records in the CRM system (Interaction) and experience database (Foundation), including data entry and running reports to support business development and marketing activitiesHelp to update and maintain various Firm mailings lists used for event and client mailings, including data entry and researchContent, Collateral Management and Rankings Support Support the production of the group's client alerts, newsletters, blogs, and related external client announcementsMaintain, update, and enhance practice-specific marketing materials, including lawyer biographies and matter descriptionsSupport web content management, coordinating updates to case studies, events, and client communicationsAssist with tasks related to legal directory and award submissions, such as monitoring/tracking research schedules and results, client referee and other data entry, and maintaining lawyer profiles.Coordinate submission of content for legal directories, awards, and industry guidesOther Will also provide support across other projects as assigned for efficient functioning of the Department, Office, and Firm.Experience & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services sectorStrong written and verbal communication skillsConduct research and competitive intelligence projects that support BD initiativesClearly demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skillsDemonstrate rigorous attention to process and detail, taking pride in work productThrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing competing responsibilities under tight deadlines without sacrificing qualityWorks collaboratively with teammates to drive the positive outcomesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms is preferredThis position provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a high-performing team while building relationships across litigation practice groups.
