With approximately 175 employees and operations across 9 states (and growing), this role is essential to maintaining a strong, compliant, and culture-forward organization.Role Summary:This is a hands-on, executive-level HR leadership role overseeing all HR functions for a workforce that includes both office staff and field crews. With a full transition planned from the current HR Director, the right candidate will step into a mission-critical position just ahead of Open Enrollment (October 2025).
