Back Server

Job Details: Dunsmoor is looking for an experienced and dependable Back Server to join our fast-paced, chef-driven team. This role is essential in supporting guest service and helping to ensure smooth, first in class technical service, while upholding a spirit of genuine hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Bussing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently Running food and beverages with accuracy and speed Assisting and supporting servers during service Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff Providing warm, attentive customer service Assisting with opening and closing duties Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, chef-driven restaurant Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Team player with a proactive, service-first mindset Must be able to work up to 40 hours/week Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds as part of regular job duties If you're ready to bring energy, focus, and hustle to a team that values quality and efficiency, we look forward to meeting you!
