The Equipment Service Manager's primary function is to oversee field operations, manage Equipment Service teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate service delivery for on-site services. Accountabilities: * Oversee and coordinate the activities of Equipment Service Technicians, ensuring they are effectively scheduled and dispatched to customer sites. * Delegate customer communication such as addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to the Service Quality Assurance Specialist * Manage the daily operations of shop & service team members, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. * Analyze service data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary training or coaching for team members. * Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality. * Work closely with other departments, such as sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with business goals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering or related field * Demonstrated leadership in prior roles and/or military service * Strong customer service principles * Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive work environment. * Strong understanding of equipment and service offerings, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Strong analytical skills to assess situations and implement effective solutions quickly. * Available for overtime, holidays, evenings and weekends, should business needs arise.
