ASML Wilton is seeking a Quality Specialist Document Control to join our Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and continuously improving our Document Control System to ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and external regulatory standards. You will also support departmental KPI reporting and contribute to internal audit processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Youll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment, helping ensure documentation integrity and quality system compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage document lifecycle activities including creation, review, approval, revision, and archiving. Maintain document accessibility and integrity across departments. Support KPI reporting and internal audit readiness. Train users on document control procedures and tools. Collaborate with teams to improve documentation workflows. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 2+ years of experience in document control or quality systems in a high-tech or regulated industry. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power Apps; Power BI is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
