Youll be the on-site leader, managing subcontractors and ensuring our projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest level of quality.What Youll DoLead field operations on assigned projects.Supervise subcontractors, field staff, and daily jobsite activities.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with CKs safety culture.Oversee schedules, inspections, quality control, and project milestones.Partner with Project Managers to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.Represent CK to clients, inspectors, and stakeholders on-site.What Were Looking For7+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction.Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, and field operations.Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.Hands-on leader who can motivate and manage subcontractors and staff.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Someone who takes their work seriously, but not themselves.Why CK?A seat at the table as we expand into Virginia.Growth opportunities without layers of red tape.Award-winning culture: Best Place to Work for 8 years straight.Leadership visibility: youll work directly with the CEO and leadership team.A culture where we take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
