Sous Chef – The Select, Sandy Springs Are you ready to take the next step in your culinary career at one of Atlanta’s top dining destinations? The Select in Sandy Springs is seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our leadership team. We’re passionate about hospitality, great food, and a positive kitchen culture — and we’re looking for someone who shares those values. No screaming-chef environments here. We believe in leading with respect, teamwork, and excellence. What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience in a comparable upscale restaurant • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team • A passion for consistency, quality, and creativity • Reliable transportation and open availability • Understanding of kitchen cleanliness and safety • Inventory management experience • Basic Spanish speaking is a plus What We Offer: • Competitive salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience/skills • 50–55 hours/week with a healthy work-life balance in mind • Split medical/dental package for all salaried employees • Two weeks paid vacation annually (after 6 months) • A supportive, professional environment where your growth matters If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen and want to be part of a team that values culture as much as cuisine, we’d love to meet you.
