Back of House Staff

Our team is the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking Back of House (BOH) staff to join us in delivering excellent guest experiences every day. As a BOH team member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. From food prep to dishwashing, you’ll ensure our café operates efficiently, cleanly, and safely. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in teamwork. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating according to café standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and storage spaces Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times Receive, stock, and rotate inventory Support café team with any additional back-of-house duties to ensure smooth service Qualifications Previous BOH, kitchen, or food service experience required.
