We specialize in demolition, environmental remediation, and recycling across the DMV region.Key Responsibilities:Perform take-offs, scope reviews, and cost breakdownsPrepare estimates, proposals, and schedulesAnalyze subcontractor quotes and maintain historical cost dataSupport buyout, budgeting, and turnover processesPresent bids to management and assist in contract negotiationsQualifications:Experience with demolition or heavy civil estimatingStrong skills in Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating softwareClear written and verbal communicationDetail-oriented with strong cost control knowledgeFamiliarity with platforms such as Construct Connect, BuildingConnected or SmartBid is a plusDetails:Location: Potomac, MD (in-office & on-site only)Salary: $95,000 $135,000Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, fuel reimbursement, development supportSchedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shift (weekends as needed)?
