This role is key in supporting Project Managers and Field Supervisors by coordinating project documentation, facilitating communication between clients and subcontractors, and helping keep projects on track from bidding through closeout.What Youll Do:Coordinate contracts, change orders, drawings, and project schedulesSupport subcontractor bidding and manage project documentationServe as a liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and field staffAssist with utilities setup, compliance, and property management tasksCollaborate with accounting, legal, and insurance teams on documentationWhat Were Looking For:13 years of construction or project coordination experience (preferred)College degree preferred, but relevant experience consideredProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PlanGrid, Procore, or Bluebeam a plusStrong organization, multitasking, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focusedWhy Vequity Construction?
