Morgan Corps growing Industrial Division is a multi-disciplined industrial construction group self-performing Concrete, Electrical, Structural, Pipe and Deep Foundation scopes in Industrial process facilities.Position SummaryMorgan Corp. is seeking a skilled and driven Geostructural Project Manager & Estimator to lead the development and execution of our geostructural construction projects. This role blends hands-on project management with pre-construction estimating and design-build collaboration. Youll join a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative foundation and earth retention systems across the Southeast.Our Geostructural Services Include:Design-Build Geostructural/Geotechnical ConstructionFoundation Piles (Driven Piles, Sheet Piles, Micropiles, Helical Piers)Horizontal Excavation Support (Soil Nail Walls, Soldier Pile Walls, Cofferdams, Shoring Systems)Vertical Structural Shoring (Structural Bracing, Emergency Support Systems)Grouting and Shotcrete (Shotcrete Walls, Rock Anchors, Tiebacks)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop geostructural solutions based on site-specific challenges and project needsLead pre-bid planning, estimating, and proposal developmentCreate and manage work plans, staffing schedules, and quality/safety plansPartner closely with field leadership to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget executionMaintain and update project schedules, budgets, and forecastsOversee subcontractor coordination and material procurementRepresent Morgan Corp. at preconstruction and project meetings with clients and partnersMonitor project performance, generate progress reports, and ensure accurate billingDrive a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvementQualifications35 years of experience in geostructural, geotechnical, or heavy civil constructionStrong estimating skills and experience developing proposals for design-build workFamiliarity with foundation systems, shoring, grouting, and related specialty constructionWorking knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and field practicesStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, BluebeamAbility to travel to project sites across the Southeastern fortable working in both office and field environments, including active job sitesWhat We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match PTO, holidays, and a paid winter shutdown Professional development & career growth opportunities Supportive team environment in a respected, growing company For additional company information, please visit us at
