We are partnered with a highly reputable national client that is seeking a mid-level attorney to join their Labor & Employment litigation practice group in their Columbus, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Labor & Employment litigation. Responsibilities: Represent employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and other employment-related lawsuits. Manage litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Work on cases involving workplace compliance, employee relations, and regulatory matters. Represent employers in arbitration, mediation, and depositions Qualifications: 3-6 years of Labor & Employment experience Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school Strong academic credentials Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $160,000 - $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
