The role Projects - Commercial Ground up Sector - Commercial - Schools - Healthcare - Hospitality Location - Across Miami Responsibilities Site Leadership: Manage all on-site activities for ground-up hospitality projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Team Coordination: Lead subcontractors, field crews, and vendors. Conduct daily site meetings and ensure seamless communication across trades. Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed construction schedules. Proactively resolve delays and keep the project moving. Quality Control: Enforce high standards of workmanship and compliance with architectural plans, specs, and building codes. Safety Oversight: Implement and monitor safety protocols in alignment with OSHA and company standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the on-site liaison for project managers, owners, architects, and engineers. Provide regular updates and manage expectations.
