Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Project Manager located in Bonita Springs and Naples, FL. The Residential Project Manager will oversee daily operations of residential construction projects including coordinating and expediting project schedules, conducting inspections, and managing logistics. The role entails close collaboration with architects, interior designers, trade partners, and clients to ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Additional duties include managing budgets, timelines, and compliance with safety and building regulations. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills including planning, scheduling, and budget management Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely completion of project milestones Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, deliveries, and site operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred Experience with Luxury Custom Homes and residential Remodels Great client relations, passion and leadership Strong core values - integrity, empathy, determination, humility, discipline, buy-in, and no drama!
