Senior Preconstruction Manager Education/Municipal Markets Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid up to 16 hours/week) Winter Construction is hiring a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating and preconstruction work across our Education and Municipal markets. This is a high-impact role where youll shape project budgets, mentor junior team members, and work closely with clients, architects, and consultants.
