What Youll Do Lead plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Appear in court, argue motions, and conduct trials as lead counsel Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering compassionate, results-driven representation Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth and litigation strategy What Were Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed in New York 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Entrepreneurial mindset with business development potential (10% origination fee eligible ) Salary/Benefits: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $200,000 -- Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Fully Paid Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance for Employee and Family (no limit) 3 Weeks of PTO 10% origination fee eligible Competitive Bonus Structure
