This role is critical to the successful execution of enterprise-grade projects spanning AI-driven applications, SaaS tools, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern software delivery projects, thrives under pressure, and excels in navigating multi-team, cross-functional environments across global time zones. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for multiple large and complex software initiatives, from initiation to final deployment. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, internal functional leads, and cross-disciplinary teams (engineering, product, QA, design, data science, etc.) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using tools like MS Project or Smartsheet, tracking progress against timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure rigorous project governance by proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and leading mitigation efforts. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies when applicable. Communicate project status regularly to internal leadership and client stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.
