Bilingual (Spanish) Operations Supervisor - Distribution Center Location: Northeast side of Atlanta Schedule: 2nd Shift What You'll Do: Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery Lead, train, and develop hourly team members in safety, efficiency, and performance standards Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and oversee rework Partner with management and HR on hiring, development, and performance matters Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies Maintain a visible presence on the floor to lead by example and address issues in real time What Were Looking For: 46 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting 12 years of team leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Office, and inventory/supply chain principles Forklift and HAZMAT certifications (or willingness to obtain) Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and planning skills Work Environment: Distribution setting with exposure to seasonal temperatures Frequent standing, lifting, climbing, and movingthis is a hands-on leadership role Safety is a top priorityaligned with OSHA and 5S standards
