Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation/Trucking, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Habitability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Civil Litigation, Environmental/Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense.
