QualificationsM.S. or Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or a related fieldFor Senior Associate Scientist II: Typically 23 years of hands-on lab experienceFor Scientist I: Typically 5+ years of lab experience or a Ph.D. with industry exposureStrong background in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, cloning, sequence analysis)Experience with NGS platforms (e.g., Illumina) strongly preferredExcellent documentation, communication, and organizational skillsExperience in research-focused or biopharma service environments preferred?
