Please be aware that we are acting as a recruitment partner for one of our clients in this search.*The Role:On behalf of our client in the telecom industry, we are hiring a Project Controls Analyst to join their team. This position will be based on-site four days per week, offering the opportunity to work closely with project and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze project financial performance, including budget adherence, margins, cash flow, and variance tracking.Manage change order processes, ensuring all scope adjustments are logged, approved, and incorporated into forecasts and billing.Prepare structured reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into project status and key performance metrics.Identify risks, cost overruns, and operational issues, and recommend timely corrective actions.Partner with project managers to align financial data with day-to-day project execution.Standardize reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and improve data integrity across systems.Deliver data-driven insights that support resource planning, cost efficiency, and customer commitments.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in project controls, financial analysis, or a related function within the telecom sector.Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, dashboards; macros preferred).Strong knowledge of Sitetracker (or comparable project management tools), including reporting and workflow tracking.Experience with Power BI or other visualization platforms is a plus.Proven ability to connect financial analysis with business outcomes and communicate findings effectively to leadership.Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience will also be pensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary aligned with experience and prehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Opportunity to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values integrity, accountability, and results.
