Air and Ocean Export Coordinator ( {{city}})

Worldwide Logistics Ltd is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator with an Export background. As a Logistics Coordinator you will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe in order to make each international shipment a success. SUMMARY This position is responsible mainly for air export operations, reporting to the operations manager. This role requires creative thought and a high sense of urgency in a fast paced and demanding customer driven environment. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Manage bookings with airlines. Prepare required documents, MAWB/HAWB, etc. Coordinate with the client and internal resources to expedite the shipment along with the destination office Meet all accounting requirements, pay our vendors in a timely fashion Keep highly accurate physical records and update shipment data continuously Not limited to performing other job-related duties and functions as required. QUALIFICATIONS Required Education: High School Diploma required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have ability to work in a fast pace environment. Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
