Successful full-service construction company in Falmouth is looking for a professional, resourceful and organized Project Development Administrator to join their growing team. The Administrator will support company management across business development, permitting and client service functions. Areas of responsibility include: Assist with drafting and managing proposals, contracts, and project documents Coordinate meetings, schedules, and client communication Maintain organized systemsand files Interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Support team across a range of administrative and operations tasks Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of prior administrative experience required Knowledge of construction or related industries strongly preferred Highly proficient in MS Office suite and prior experience using CMS platforms Superb written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrates positive attitude and strong customer service skills Full-time in-office position, 40 hours per week. Salary range $65,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with company match, and paid vacation time.
