Part-time / Full-time Open BOH Roles Lead Prep Cook : Hands on oversight of prep production, ensure standards and organization are met, support the leadership team in training and guiding prep cooks. Prep Cook : Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients according to standards and components to keep service smooth and efficient. Line Cook : Execute dishes with precision and consistency, working closely with the leadership team during service. Dishwasher : Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, washing tableware and cooking equipment, along with other duties as assigned by leadership. Pastry Cook : Assist with pastry and dessert production, including doughs, batters, etc ensuring consistency and quality. Receiver : Manage deliveries and inventory, ensuring products are received, checked, stored, and rotated properly to support smooth kitchen operations.
