Segnatore is currently looking for a host to assist with Friday and Saturday night dinner service, generally the shift hours are 4pm-10pm. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests, answer phones, handle takeout/delivery orders  Provide knowledgeable, efficient and thoughtful service at all times Respond appropriately to any guest requests or issues by communicating effectively with management Receive instruction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks effectively Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service Stock, organize and prepare service related items Communicate respectfully with coworkers at all levels Skills and Requirements Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude. Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment Physical Demands The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 5 to 10 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
