Two-Michelin Saison Seeks Commis and Chef de Partie to Learn and Grow employment type: full-time job title: Commis, Chef de Partie Saison Restaurant with Executive Chef Richard Lee is seeking a Commis and a Chef de Partie to learn and grow with our team. Saison holds two Michelin stars, is a proud member of Relais and Châteaux, Les Grandes Tables du Monde, and has been on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Everyone in the kitchen has the chance to be hands-on, learning the technical intricacies of culinary craftsmanship from butchery to bread-making to pastry and sauces. We are evolving fine dining restaurant culture and seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and interested in working for and growing with compassionate leaders. Chef de Partie: This is a PM cooking position. You will work with and prepare the greatest local ingredients and learn to cook over a live fire. A minimum of two years of experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in a fine dining environment. Commis: This is an AM production position. You will receive and organize local farm, seafood, meat and dry goods delivery. You will prepare ingredients, keep inventory, take charge of organizing and keeping a clean workspace, and properly present food items. 1 year minimum experience is required.
