Job Title: Senior Project Manager Healthcare ConstructionLocation: Austin, TXPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects in the Austin area. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of hospital and medical facility construction, with the ability to manage multi-phase projects valued at $50M+. This role requires strong leadership in budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to closeoutManage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor/vendor performanceEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and infection control standardsLead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and consultantsMonitor financial performance and prepare monthly reportingOversee procurement of long-lead medical equipment and specialty systemsDrive client satisfaction and maintain strong healthcare owner relationshipsQualifications:1015+ years of experience in construction project managementAt least 7 years managing large-scale healthcare projects ($50M+)Strong understanding of healthcare-specific codes, ICRA, and AHJ complianceSkilled in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and financial tracking toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredOSHA 30; ASHE certification a plus
