The Lead Circular Designer sets the creative direction and design standards for the Circular, ensuring that every execution aligns with brand strategy, sales objectives, and customer experience goals. This role not only drives design excellence but also plays a critical leadership function - establishing processes, mentoring others, and ensuring that the design workflow is disciplined, consistent, and efficient. The Lead Designer partners closely with the Circular Manager, cross-functional teams, and on-site resources to deliver high-impact, customer-centric creative. A strong design portfolio is required to be considered for this role. What we ask of you: Creative Leadership Establish the design tone, pace, and quality standards for all Circular executions. Translate strategic direction into clear design concepts that bring selling events to life. Provide art direction, feedback, and coaching to designers to ensure consistency and alignment. Process Ownership Define and enforce design processes, templates, and best practices to ensure efficient production. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related challenges proactively with creative, resourceful solutions. Support Circular Manager in driving continuous improvement across workflows and design thinking. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Sales Planning, and Distribution & Logistics to align creative execution with business priorities. Present concepts and rationale to stakeholders and Senior Leadership, demonstrating strong storytelling and visual communication skills. Maintain brand integrity by ensuring adherence to design guidelines across all executions. Strategic Contribution Partner with the Circular Manager to evolve the customer experience, ensuring that Circular design is clear, engaging, and aligned with broader marketing channels. Stay current with design trends, retail advertising best practices, and competitive landscape to keep the Circular modern and relevant. What you bring to the table: 7+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven expertise in retail marketing, print advertising, or promotional design. Link to Portfolio required with application, showcasing ability to translate strategy into impactful creative. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design/production tools.
