Your Role: What Youll Be DoingOperate landscaping and hardscaping equipment (powered and non-powered)Read blueprints and specs to build patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, and moreWork under the guidance of the Lead Technician while developing hands-on skillsUse tools with precisiontape measures, levels, and machineryand safely move materials (50+ lbs)Deliver craftsmanship and pride to every project site? Minimum RequirementsValid PA drivers license12+ years of relevant field experienceAbility to read blueprints and operate hardscape/landscaping machineryReliable, detail-oriented, and team-drivenPhysically able to perform outdoor labor and lift 50+ lbs?
