Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP is a full service law firm with multiple specialized practice groups. Our government practice group is seeking an Indiana licensed attorney with 2 or more years of experience to join us in Goshen, Indiana. The position will be focused on local government law with an emphasis on transactional advice. The applicant will be expected to assist the practice group with various aspects of public sector work, including public contracts, regulatory and statutory review, real estate, and redevelopment matters. Candidates should possess an interest in public service, a strong work ethic, exceptional analytical skills, creativity, versatility, and flexibility. Candidates should be a member of the Indiana Bar, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Applicant should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently on smaller matters and collectively as a member of our government team on larger matters.
