Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in the field. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing day-to-day construction operations while maintaining clear and effective communication with Owners, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily project activities on siteRead, interpret, and apply construction blueprintsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendorsWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure timelines and budgets are metMaintain strong communication with Owners, Architects, and EngineersEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards QualificationsMinimum 5 years of commercial construction experienceStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel within 2 hours of the Jackson Metro areaCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $70,000 $100,000 + per diemCompany vehicle provided401(k) with up to 4% company matchExcellent health benefitsPaid vacation
