Position We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Delray Beach, Florida. Responsibilities As an Assistant Project Manager, you will: Assist the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to contract standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and monthly billing processes. Review shop drawings, identify design deficiencies, and manage change orders. Support field superintendents and coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
