Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced server/bartender to join the team at our restaurant in the Tribeca. This is a full-time position, with a focus primarily on dinner service; however, ideally, the candidate is open to working both days and nights. Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, and Denver. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential. OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS: At least one year of experience serving in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment Bartending experience is required Barista experience is a plus! Must have open availability for PM shifts  Knowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times Reliability and punctuality A love for hospitality and desire to move up in this industry WE OFFER: Average pay is $28 to $35 per hour including tips Health insurance available after 3 months A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours Positive, collaborative work environment Room for growth within the company Two Hands celebrates unity and diversity.
