Providence , one of Southern California's most respected fine dining destinations, seeks an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a manager who brings structure, professionalism, and warmth to the dining room—someone who leads with precision and care. Role and Responsibilities Act as floor manager during dinner service, ensuring smooth and elevated guest experiences Supervise and support all front-of-house team members Schedule and staff based on business volume and service needs Execute daily opening and closing procedures with consistency Manage daily financial reporting and nightly recaps for ownership Maintain and implement Providence's high service standards Conduct ongoing staff training, mentorship, and performance assessments Oversee operational duties: menu updates, POS adjustments, reservation management, and floor plan setup Coordinate with leadership on private dining and special event inquiries Order and manage FOH supplies and inventory Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure fluid service and guest satisfaction Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality in a management role Strong leadership and organizational skills Professional, composed, and articulate Positive and clear written and oral communication skills Natural ability to build trust and loyalty with guests Deep knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (wine certifications a plus) Strong understanding of classic service technique and etiquette Calm, solutions-oriented, and confident in leading a team of 40–50 Proficient in Microsoft Office; OpenTable, Aloha, Canva, and/or InDesign experience is beneficial Familiarity with the Los Angeles fine dining scene is a plus Additional language fluency is a bonus What We Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Health insurance and paid vacation A leadership role in one of Los Angeles' most respected culinary institutions A collaborative, professional, and growth-minded team environment To Apply Please send your resumé and a brief introduction.
