The ideal candidate has a strong background in bartending, extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve classic cocktails with accuracy and flair; mixology skills are a plus. Provide exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts. Stay informed about the restaurant menu and assist guests with beverage pairings. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Embrace feedback and continuously strive to improve skills and service quality. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience; fine dining experience is a plus. Possess or be willing to obtain ServSafe and BASSET certifications before the employment start date. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques; mixology skills are an advantage. Passion for hospitality, food, and beverages, with a desire to learn and grow. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
