Job Title: Project Manager Lead Location: Chicago, IL Setting: Hybrid or Remote Salary: $145,000 $155,000 annually + Bonuses Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Lead to join our team and drive the successful delivery of strategic projects across the organization. This leadership role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in managing complex projects, particularly within marketing and sales technology environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through execution and delivery Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Email Marketing, managing campaigns from beginning to end Ensure clear communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies Utilize tools such as Marketo and/or Salesforce to manage and optimize project outcomes Track KPIs and deliver regular status updates and reports to senior leadership Qualifications: 710 years of project management experience, including leading enterprise-level initiatives Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Proven track record of process improvement, optimization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated track record of executive stakeholder management and managing a breadth of stakeholders across business and operational roles across regions. Proven experience working with marketing tools and technologies such as Asana, Google ads, Marketo, and/or Salesforce.
