Job Title: Owners Representative (Data Centers) Location: Meridian, Mississippi The company Looking for your next big challenge? A leading engineering firm are seeking an experienced Owners Design Representative (Project Manager) to lead mission critical construction projects in Mississippi. Youll be the go-to leader connecting owners, designers, and contractorsdriving projects from design through construction, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every detail meets world-class standards. The position Lead design & construction from concept to completion Manage stakeholders & remove roadblocks Oversee site visits, RFIs, and construction administration Build lasting client relationships & shape future projects Could this role be for you? 5+ years in engineering, construction, or project management Strong MEP/FA/FP knowledge Proficiency with Procore & MS Office Excellent communicator & problem solver Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience) Daily travel to project site in (Meridian, MS) or (Jackson, MS) Up to 25% travel to other locations, this may include travel to any of the 50 US states Why apply?
