Job Title: Owners Representative (Data Centers) Location: Indianapolis, IN The company An award winning engineering firm is seeking a proven project leader to act as an Owners Representative on mission-critical construction projects. In this role, youll serve as the owners trusted liaisonoverseeing contractors, engineers, and design teams to deliver complex, high-value projects from concept to closeout. The position Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk mitigation for multimillion-dollar projects Lead contractor selection, negotiations, and bid reviews Provide clear, proactive communication to clients and stakeholders Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement Could this role be for you? 8+ years in mission critical, power facilities, data centers, or similar technical construction environments Strong knowledge of project management best practices, safety, and compliance Skilled with Procore, MS Office, and construction management tools Proven ability to lead large-scale projects ($1M+) on time and within budget Willingness to travel 50% nationwide; on-site presence required during projects Why apply?
