Property Management Specialist ( {{city}})

Were seeking a proactive and service-oriented Commercial Property Manager Specialist to support the daily operations of a commercial property and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. Youll play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction, coordinating events and communications, and property management functions. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for tenants. Coordinate meetings, events, and tenant requests. Manage contact lists and tenant communications. Support move-ins/outs, including signage and access setup. Organize tenant appreciation events. Oversee conference room scheduling and A/V support. Assist with rent statements and billing accuracy. Act as emergency administrator and manage defibrillator agreements. Support engineering team with access and facility requests. Help with special projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred. Proficient in MS Office. Strong communication and client service skills. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Interest in commercial real estate. Experience in property management or billing systems is a plus.
