Their team of professionals is committed to excellence, innovation, and customer success.Job Description for VP of ConstructionThe Vice President of Construction will lead the development and execution of mission-critical data center projects across the U.S., managing both internal teams and third-party general contractors. This role is responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability across a diverse portfolio.ResponsibilitiesOversee full-cycle construction delivery for ground-up, brownfield, and fit-out data center projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.Lead and mentor construction teams, providing strategic direction and fostering a high-performance culture.Manage project planning and execution, optimizing resources and ensuring timely delivery within budget.Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships, including design teams, contractors, and vendors.Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards across all projects.Drive continuous improvement, implementing innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelors degree required8+ years of construction management experienceProven experience in Owners Representation and/or Design-BuildGeneral Contracting and Data Center project experience requiredSkills & CompetenciesProficiency in Procore, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and BluebeamStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work under pressureWillingness to travel frequentlyBenefitsPer diem for travelBonus eligibilityMedical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matchPTO and paid holidays
