Job Title: Safety Manager Electrical ConstructionLocation: Office near Brea, CA (1 day in office, 4 days in field)Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 baseCompany Revenue: Approximately $100M annuallyType of Work: Commercial electrical contracting including ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and service work across healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectorsAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to help elevate and enforce jobsite safety protocols across multiple projects in Southern California. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of implementing company-wide safety and compliance programs in alignment with CAL/OSHA standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor compliance and coach field teamsLead implementation and enforcement of company safety programOversee OSHA 300 logs and documentation across all active projectsEnsure all field and office personnel are up-to-date on OSHA training and certificationsDevelop and conduct in-house safety trainings, toolbox talks, and orientationsCoordinate and track OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 compliance requirementsMaintain safety records and support internal audits and reportingManage incident reports, investigations, and corrective action plansCollaborate with field foremen and project managers on proactive safety planningHandle all safety-related administrative tasks and reporting requirementsQualifications:OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 strongly preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in safety management within the electrical or general contracting industryDeep understanding of CAL/OSHA standards and construction safety best practicesStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsComfortable with both field presence and high-volume administrative safety tasksAdditional Details:Role requires field presence 4 days per week with 1 day in office near BreaProjects span Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland EmpireVehicle allowance and company phone providedIdeal Candidate Traits:Passionate about creating a culture of safetyDetail-oriented and highly proactiveAble to drive compliance while building rapport with field crews
