Pharma/Biotech based experience (not IT or any other focus)Need:1) Lead business process mapping sessions2) Build out the schedule3) Lead tracking and adherence to plan for documentation updates4) Work within matrix teams for assessing EBR impacts to areas5) MES EBR exposure will be extremely helpful Project experience needs: - 6+ years of experience with proven successes acting in a project management support capacity - Familiarity utilizing Project Management Tools based on PMBOK, PMI principles to lead projects - Demonstrated ability to work within a highly regulated, compliance-driven setting (pharmaceutical industry). - Experience working on or with Manufacturing Electronic Systems (MES) or electronic batch records implementation projects is a must. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, matrixed teams. - Experience leading or supporting operational readiness elements of projects - Organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with MS Office suite of products and other software platforms - Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, project management software, and project portfolio management software.
