Senior Attorney (Irvine)

Responsibilities: Represent clients across a diverse range of practice areas, including trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions, and business litigation. Oversee and mentor a legal team, including two associate attorneys and four support staff. Independently manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, and developing comprehensive trial strategies. Requirements: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 510 years of legal practice experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supervised attorneys and support staff. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the confidence and assertiveness to guide legal strategy and team performance effectively.
