Operation Officer (Los Angeles)

Description First Commercial Bank, headquartered in Taiwan, is an established international financial institution. Our Los Angeles Branch is seeking a full-time Operation Officer to join our frontline operations team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interest in banking operations. Responsibilities Process a variety of customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and loan payments. Deliver high-quality and responsive service to clients; resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. Safeguard customer confidentiality and ensure integrity of banking operations. Comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and security protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Prior banking experience and/or relevant certifications preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing.
