Construction Superintendent Federal Projects Seeking a U.S. Citizen with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in construction, ideally within the federal sector. This role requires a proven ability to manage complex projects, diverse teams, and challenging client dynamics. Key Qualifications: Strong background in federal construction (USACE/NAVFAC experience a plus) Deep knowledge across all construction phases: sitework, utilities, concrete, structural, MEP systems, and interiors Familiarity with EM385-1-1 safety standards Skilled in managing multiple priorities under pressure Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Primavera P6 Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
