Senior Estimator Lead Bids & Drive Growth Swampscott, MA | Full-Time | $125K$175K Base + Bonus Massey Construction Corp. The Role Were looking for a senior-level Estimator ready to lead from the front. Youll own bids from start to finish, set pricing strategy, and directly influence the projects we pursue as we grow. Projects range from $250K to $5M across public and select private markets. This is a leadership-track role offering autonomy, impact, and long-term opportunity to shape the estimating function.
