Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of case management, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation Represent clients at hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents Develop case strategies and provide risk assessments to clients and insurance carriers Collaborate with team members and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in New York and in good standing Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation Excellent analytical, writing, and courtroom skills Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 $160,000 annually .
