What You'll Do: Prepare accurate estimates for diverse commercial projects - multi-family housing, office buildings, manufacturing, medical/dental, and more Build strong relationships with GCs throughout Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas Review plans, conduct site visits, and develop winning bids across multiple sectors Help select and implement estimating software to modernize our processes Work with our skilled electrical team for seamless estimate-to-execution handoffs Track and analyze results to continuously improve win rates What We're Looking For: Proven electrical estimating experience with documented success - show us your win rates, estimate accuracy, and GC relationships that resulted in repeat business.
